- Loft – Loft is another form of convertible that has already been converted from a commercial structure to a residential one; though the construction can be a bit different. For instance, the ceilings are high, the windows and doors are wide and high. No two lofts are necessarily alike as one can have a huge hall ready for partitioning while other may be a three bedroom set.
- Junior 4 – Yet another budgeted option for a single dweller or a small family, the Junior 4 is a single bedroom apartment available for rent. 4 in its name does not mean four bedrooms rather it features four separate rooms which are one bedroom, a kitchen, a living room and an additional small area that can be utilized for any purpose.
The options available in apartments for rent discussed above are
for those who have a longer term of stay. But if you are visiting the place for
travel purpose or your company is paying for your accommodation, you have much
